个人简介

 

工学博士。主要从事食品科学,生物化工等领域科研工作,目前主要研究领域和研究兴趣为:海藻经济多糖的绿色提取,加工改性及应用拓展;磁性纳米材料的制备及应用等。近年来,在国内外食品类高水平期刊发表学术论文二十余篇,其中以第一作者(含共同第一作者)发表论文15篇,JCR二区以上SCI论文8篇。
