个人简介

长期从事食品安全领域的教学和科研工作,承担食品分析、仪器分析、无机及分析化学等本科课程和现代仪器分析等研究生课程的教学工作。先后主持国家自然科学基金、福建省科技计划重点项目、福建省自然科学基金及厦门市科技项目等10余项。迄今已在国内外核心刊物上发表研究论文近160篇,其中SCI收录80余篇。获授权发明专利4件。获厦门市科技进步三等奖1项。2004年被评为厦门市优秀教师,2008年福建省新世纪百千万人才工程省级人选。

 

教育经历

1982-1986,福建师范大学化学系,本科;

1986-1989,江西师范大学化学系,无机化学专业,硕士;

2000-2003,厦门大学化学系,分析化学专业,博士。

2012-2013,美国Florida大学土壤与水科学系,高级访问学者。

 

工作经历

1989.9~至今在集美大学食品与生物工程学院从事教学与科研工作

 

研究方向

研究领域包括色谱-质谱联用技术、重金属稳定同位素标记技术、分子印迹技术、核酸适配体技术和纳米技术等,主要针对食品中重金属、农兽药残留、生物毒素和水产品新鲜度等开展快速检测方法的基础和应用研究。
