个人简介

工学博士,副教授,硕士生导师。主要从事食品科学、食品加工等领域的科研与教学工作。专注于功能性小分子表征与功能评价、微生物与食品组分相互作用等方面的研究。主持国家自然科学基金青年项目、省自然科学基金面上项目、厦门市科技计划项目。获福建省高层次人才、厦门市高层次人才等称号。
