个人简介

工学博士,副教授,硕士生导师,福建省高层次人才,福建省科技特派员。主要从事食品科学、生物化工等领域科研工作,目前主要研究兴趣为:多糖的高值化加工;多糖分子动力学模拟;生物磁珠及微球的制备及应用等。近年来,以第一作者或通讯作者在国内外食品和生物领域高水平期刊发表学术论文30篇,包括中国科学院SCI分区2区及以上收录论文24篇授权国家发明专利30余件。
