个人简介

刘翼翔,教授,博士生导师,福建省“杰出青年”科学基金获得者,美国田纳西大学访问学者,集美大学青年拔尖人才,福建省高层次人才。主持国家自然科学基金面上项目、国家重点研发计划项目子课题、福建省“杰出青年”科学基金、福建省自然科学基金面上项目等科研项目20多项,参与国家发改委重大平台项目、国家重点研发项目课题、国家自然科学基金等科研项目10余项。在Trends Food Sci. Tech.Food Hydrocolloid.Crit. Rev. Food Sci. Nutr.J. Agr. Food Chem.Food Chem.Carbohyd. Polym.等学术期刊上发表研究论文100多篇,其中以第一/通讯作者发表研究论文80多篇(IF > 10.0SCI论文12篇,ESI高被引论文5篇);获得国家发明专利授权22项,实现成果转让11项;获得中国商业联合会科学技术进步奖一等奖1项(排名第一),参编学术专著2部,参与制定国家标准1项。Pathogens等学术期刊客座编辑,Crit. Rev. Food Sci. Nutr.J. Agr.
