个人简介

李志朋,工学博士,硕导,主要从事微生物来源的新型食品营养添加剂及其合成过程的代谢改造的研究,食品胶体废弃物资源化利用。研究的重点是开发基因工程技术(基因编辑)、代谢组学、转录组学、定向自适应性驯化技术、发酵技术,分析微生物发酵代谢机制,合成目标产品。近年以来,发表SCI论文60篇,其中第一作者(或通讯作者)30篇,JCR-Q117篇,JCR-Q2 11;公开发表国家专利13项,授权8项。主持6项国家级和省部级项目,作为学术骨干参与国家重点/重大专项/面上项目等国家级项目6项。

曾获2021-2022集美大学优秀班主任;指导学生参加“萌番姬杯国际大学生农业创新创业大赛获“优秀创业团队(国赛),福建省生命科学竞赛三等奖,互联网+福建省赛区银奖,中国国际大学生创新大赛(原互联网+)国赛/省赛金奖。
